I can finally let the cat out of the bag!

I am stoked to announce to you all that I am now a grantee of the Trebek Initiative! This is a collaborative grant program between National Geographic Society and Royal Canadian Geographical Society (RCGS).

Through this funding I will be working on a project using camera traps to study ungulates, more specifically cervids, in the East Kootenays of BC starting next spring (2022).

Whilst this project is still in its infancy, I look forward to sharing more news and updates as the project progresses in its planning over the winter! Watch this space!
